DELTA’S WILD WEEK

Nicole finally opens up about ALL her children

-

She’s known for being squeaky clean, but Delta Goodrem’s recent behaviour has been anything but. Last week the Aussie songstress had her driver’s licence suspended after being caught speeding multiple times.

But driving isn’t the only thing getting Delta’s pulse racing – according to sources, she’s been enjoying secret liaisons with fellow Voice star Seal.

Eagle-eyed Bondi locals have seen a “frequent late-night visitor” at his Knotts Avenue abode. And spies tell us Delta was seen at the window of Seal’s bedroom in a white T-shirt and nothing else!

Now he’s on holidays – is he planning a romantic reunion abroad with Delta?

Nicole Kidman is an open book when it comes to her love for her husband Keith Urban. But when asked about her four children – Bella, Connor, Sunday Rose and Faith Margaret – she’s always been determined to keep mum.

For years there have been rumours about the two children she adopted with exhusband Tom Cruise, following their decision to stay with their dad in the wake of her bitter split from Tom in 2001. There have also been ongoing reports the actress doesn’t see Bella or Connor, who have dedicated themselves to Scientology, the controversial religion for which their dad is the celeb poster boy.

Nicole, 50, has done nothing to quell speculation by remaining close-lipped about their relationship. Recently, however, she finally set the record straight.

The actress revealed she regularly texts Bella, 24, and Connor, 22, and says she took her role in the recent film Lion – in which she plays an Aussie mum who adopts a little boy from India – as an homage to their relationship. She said the movie – which got her an Oscar nod – was “a love letter to my children.”

Her two youngest have similarly been kept under wraps, but now they’re old enough to have opinions on everything from her movie roles to their parent’s public displays of affection – turns out they’re very embarrassed by Mum and Dad’s famous red-carpet “kuzzles” – Nicole has finally spoken out for the first time about her “two little alphas”.

IN THEIR PARENTS’ FOOTSTEPS

“There’s a negative connotation to bossy,” Nicole says when asked about her strongwilled girls Sunday, nine, and Faith, six. “You don’t really call boys bossy, so why should we call a girl bossy?”

Nicole says her girls are so resolute in their opinions that even if the role of a lifetime came up, she’d turn it down on their say so.

Nicole and Keith, 49, have a firm policy about holding family meetings when it comes to any work projects they’re thinking about taking on. And Nicole says Sunday and Faith hold more sway than many might think.

The actress recently asked her brood if she could take Photograph 51, a play she starred in on the London stage, to New York.

“Both my kids said ‘no’ and my husband said, ‘I hope not’, so there it is,” she says of why she turned down the opportunity to take her stage skills to the Big Apple.

“I would have loved to have done that on Broadway but I love my husband and children more.”

The proud mum has also opened up about the girls’ fast developing personalities.

Sunday is definitely following in her footsteps, having recently landed a role in her school play.

“So that’s been my priority, learning lines with her,” Nicole laughs.

HIGH FASHION AND MUSIC

In addition to the acting gene, it seems Sunday has also inherited her mother’s love of high fashion.

Like many busy mothers, and when she’s not on the red carpet, Nicole admits she’s happy to keep things casual when it comes to her dress, but Sunday doesn’t approve.

“She said to me about a year ago, ‘Please Mama, don’t pick me up in jeans or sweatpants at school. Please put on a dress and high heels and do your hair and wear some makeup,’ ” Nicole reveals.

Faith, too, has inherited her parents’ creative genes. Nicole and Keith’s youngest is often behind the camera on videos the pair share online.

The entire family enjoy karaoke sessions at home, with Katy Perry’s Roar their favourite. But it’s Faith who shares her dad’s passion for music more than anyone, with Keith recently declaring she has a preference for “alternative stuff, which is great.”

‘She said, “Please, Mama, don’t pick me up in jeans or sweatpants”’
