OATS
With only a little preparation before bed, you can wake up to a beaut breakfast!
BASIC OVERNIGHT OATS
3 cups milk 2 cups rolled oats ½ cup natural almonds, roughly chopped ¼ cup honey 2 tsp vanilla extract
In a bowl, combine all ingredients. Cover with plastic wrap and chill overnight. Heat oats on medium heat 5 mins, stirring, until warmed through. Drizzle with extra honey to serve.
