THE BLOCK’S SCOTT CAM ‘I copied a Blockhead’s bathroom!’

TV host Scott Cam spends so much time on The Block’s construction sites, he’s even pinched an idea or two from the show’s amateur renovators! “I took Brad and Dale’s winning bathroom design from the Fans v Faves season and used it for our farm in the bush,” laughs the humble builder, 54, who is renovating his home in Mudgee, NSW. “I think I mentioned it to them in passing and they were pretty chuffed.” It takes three months to film the series in Melbourne, and the Sydney-based father-of-three says he still suffers homesickness. “It definitely doesn’t get easier being away from my family for long periods of time, but it’s got to be done,” he tells.
