THE PERFECT BREW

Ditch the tea bags for loose-leaf tea. One tablespoon per person and one for the pot is the rule.

Pour boiled water into the teapot and allow it to steep for five minutes.

Turn the teapot around three times then use a strainer to pour it into your prettiest cup. Drink up!
