The actress is alone again
The actress checks into a hotel alone as her marriage comes under strain
Hot on the heels of their second wedding anniversary, Woman’s Day has learnt Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux are living separate lives, with the actress recently checking into the $8700-a-night Roche Bobois Penthouse Suite of the Langham Place hotel in New York on her own. The hotel is located not far from the couple’s Washington Square apartment, where Justin has been living alone since his 48-year-old wife reportedly stormed out.
Insiders fear this latest development is a sure sign Jen’s second marriage is going the same way as her first. It comes amid rumours the pair are fighting over her renewed friendship with ex-husband Brad Pitt.
“Jen and Justin are at rock bottom right now. Things have been so fraught between them, she’s packed up her things and moved out,” confirms a source close to the couple, adding that it’s not just Jen’s reconnection with Brad, 53, that’s causing problems. “They keep having the same row, which all centres around Justin’s refusal to make a life in LA like he promised Jen when they married.”
The couple have spent large amounts of time apart throughout their marriage, with Jen preferring to base herself at their Beverley Hills home when she’s not required to be in New York for work.
“She’s miserable living this long-distance marriage and having to make constant trips to New York if she wants to spend any time
with her husband,” tells the source.
A distraught Justin, 46, has reportedly been hounding Jen with calls and texts since she checked into the hotel, but the actress insists she needs alone time to sort out her headspace.
“One of them is going to have to back down if it’s going to last,” says the source. “But right now, neither of them is showing any sign of coming to a compromise.”
