While most women would jump at the chance to date Matty, Sam has every reason to be wary of the marketing director – if comments from his former Bachelorettes are anything to go by!

Ranting about her experience on the show following her shock walkout, series “villain” Jen, 27, called Matty out for being “a bit of a douche” – and insisted she wouldn’t have kissed Matty even if she’d had the chance.

Police officer Michelle, 31, clearly wasn’t impressed with Matty’s actions either, and accused him of doing the “jerk move” of giving her false hope.

Then, in a further dig, the blonde went on to say she would’ve rather ended up with last season’s Bachelor, Richie Strahan. Ouch! Though it was never confirmed, Jen also claimed that Lisa, 24, told her she thinks Matty was only doing the show “to keep up his social status”. “I just don’t believe he’s there for love,” agreed Leah, 25, last week. “I just think we were there to promote his image.”
