Sarah at breaking point

It’s not just Ronnie and Georgia who are feeling the heat. Life on The Block starts to unravel for Victorian duo Sarah and husband Jason this week, as their budget woes spiral out of control – leading to an explosive showdown. But what viewers don’t know is that behind the scenes the stress is having a big impact on Sarah’s health. “The hours are really exhausting,” the 45-year-old says. “Sometimes you’re up all night and often you’re only get an hour or two sleep.” In fact, the nurse says she’d get as little as 14 hours sleep – in a week! “There have been times in the middle of the night where I’ve been close to fainting and vomiting from exhaustion, and had cold sweats.”
