CHAR SIU PORK STIR-FRY
SERVES 4 PREP 10 MINS COOK 10 MINS PER SERVE 1998kj
1 tbsp peanut oil 350g pork fillet steak, sliced 1 head broccoli, florets
1⁄3 cup char siu 2 tbsp soy sauce 1 bunch baby buk choy, quartered 100g sugar snap peas, trimmed 450g packet hokkien noodles 2 tsp white sesame seeds, toasted
1 In a wok or large frying pan, heat oil on high. Stir-fry pork 2-3 mins until browned. Transfer to bowl.
2 Add remaining oil to wok and heat on high. Stir-fry broccoli for 2-3 mins until just tender.
3 MIX in combined sauces, buk choy and sugar snaps. Stir-fry 1-2 mins until tender crisp.
4 Soak noodles following packet instructions. Drain well. Return noodles to wok with pork.
5 Stir-fry 1-2 mins until combined and heated through. Sprinkle with sesame seeds to serve.
