When a severed hand is found in a Paraguayan river, it becomes clear it belongs to a missing Navy Seal, who disappeared during an unsanctioned trip. Gibbs (Mark Harmon), Mcgee (Sean Murray) and Torres (Wilmer Valderrama) travel to the remote area in the hope of finding the Seal alive – but their trip will come at a cost.
