‘I WANT TO BE A PRO LEAGUE PLAYER WHEN I GROW UP!’

Big Little Shots Thomas

-

Champion whip-cracker Thomas Petrie had us on the edge of our seats in Little Big Shots, the new show that sees kids as young as two perform jaw-dropping feats.

Fortunately for the seven-yearold’s proud parents, Karen and Damian (both PE teachers from Queensland), Thomas’s hobby has left him relatively injury-free, despite the risks.

“We’ve been pretty lucky he hasn’t had any major accidents – just a couple of grazes on his leg from the whip,” they tell us.

Thomas is determined to pursue his unique talent well into adulthood, but also has his sights set on becoming a sportsman. “I want to be a professional NRL player and play for Wests Tigers when I’m older!” he says. With that determination, we have no doubt he’ll succeed!
