Red Wiggle workout! Stress busters, Crystals

After 20 years competing and coaching in elite gymnastics, fitness trainer Lauren Hannaford moved into children’s entertainment as a dancer – but it wasn’t exactly what she imagined.

“When I joined The Wiggles I was thrown into the hectic touring life,” says Lauren. “Sometimes the only place to work out was alongside the tour bus in car parks!”

Lauren was inspired to create a six-week online fitness program (www.laurenhannaford. com.au) that requires no equipment. Based on four 15-minute workouts, the workout has been designed to help you easily tone up from head-to-toe.

Here, Lauren and her husband Simon Pryce, aka the Red Wiggle, run through the moves exclusively for Woman’s Day.
