Make your own shortcrust

1 Sift 1 ½ cups plain flour into a large bowl. Rub in 125g chopped cold butter. 2 Add 1-2 tbsp cold water. Mix to make a firm but pliable dough. 3 Knead lightly. Wrap in plastic wrap. Chill 30 minutes to rest.
