SUPERMODEL CINDY: FEARS FOR FRAIL DAUGHTER

S he made her catwalk debut modelling for Calvin Klein at New York Fashion Week earlier this month, but Cindy Crawford’s daughter Kaia Gerber has sparked concerns for her wellbeing, after she was spotted looking gaunt and frail on a day out with her brother, Presley.

The 16-year-old, who is following in her iconic mum’s footsteps, on magazine covers and in fashion campaigns, has prompted speculation that Cindy may now regret letting her daughter start modelling so young.

Earlier this year Cindy, 51, revealed she worries about Kaia feeling the pressure to succeed. “The only concern I have for her, and it isn’t an issue, is that in the modelling world I hit the top, and if she doesn’t it might be a lot of pressure for her,” the supermodel said. “If you have a successful parent and you go into the same business but if you’re not more successful, then what?”

But Cindy also insists both Kaia and 18-yearold Presley – who has also tried his hand in front of the cameras – are sensible and level-headed. “They both have good heads on their shoulders, and I’m not worried.”
