Katie Holmes is in love with Jamie Foxx – and she wants the whole world to know! After keeping her relationship with the actor a secret since 2013 – in line with the terms outlined in her five-year divorce contract with ex-husband Tom Cruise – Katie is thrilled to finally be able to shout her love from the rooftops.

Now she’s planning to say “I do” to the man of her dreams in a week-long wedding festival on Fiji’s stunning Turtle Island.

Weeks after Woman’s Day revealed the couple are already expecting their first child together, friends exclusively tell that the extravagant nuptials – which Katie and Jamie are calling

Foxxchella – will be taking place in December and set them back a cool $5 million. We’re told that they’re renting the entire island for $20,000 a night and will be joined by their nearest and dearest, including Katie’s thrilled daughter Suri, 11, who is reportedly delighted to see her mum so happy.

“They have invited celebrity performers including Madonna, who is a close friend of Jamie’s, as well as Beyonce, Jay Z and Stevie Wonder, in what is expected to be the celeb wedding of the decade – complete with a $1 million fireworks display and a two-day after-party on a luxury yacht,” one insider discloses.

Katie thinks she has well and truly earned this celebration after keeping mum for so long, the insider says, adding, “They’re also shipping in chefs from all over the world, including Rene Redzepi and Massimo Bottura.”

The exciting news comes just weeks after Katie, 38, stepped out in public with 49-year-old Jamie for an evening stroll on the beach at Malibu. The couple were holding hands and looking incredibly loved-up.

A source later told Woman’s Day that Katie is the happiest she has ever been in her life and feels like she’s been “set free after all these years.”

“She’s ready to have a baby and can’t wait to properly startt their life together,” the insider said at the time.

We’re told Katie and Jamie arere now in the process of drawing up a $200 million pre-nuptial agreement to protect their individual fortunes and assets.

Those close to the couple say they are also looking to buy a home together in Los Angeles’ Hidden Hills, a place they can call their own and where they can start their married life with their newborn baby – and, of course, Suri.
