SAUSAGE SANDWICHES WITH BACON CHUTNEY

4 reserved sausages, halved 4 eggs 8 thick slices white bread 1/ cup tomato chutney
2 1/ cup diced bacon, fried
2 spinach leaves, sliced tomato, sliced beetroot
1 In a large frying pan, heat sausages 2-3 mins each side. 2 Fry eggs in same pan, 2-3 mins. 3 Top 4 bread slices evenly with spinach, tomato, beetroot, sausage and egg. Dollop with combined chutney and bacon. Sandwich together.
