What’s always in your fridge?
Beer and meat – and you’ll sometimes find some salad.
What are your pantry essentials?
Hot chilli sauce, canola spray, tomato sauce and chilli flakes.
What is the most underrated pantry item?
Tin foil!
What are your top three tips for keeping the kitchen organised?
1. Me to stay out of it. 2. Leave my beautiful wife in control of it. 3. Me to stay out of it.
What do you love cooking?
Fish (preferably a whole snapper) in foil, and chicken and vegie skewers.
What kitchen gadget couldn’t you live without?
My Bottlepops stubby opener.
What do you whip up for meals when you’re in a hurry?
Sausages and rissoles are my go-to if time is tight.
