I can’t sit still for too long. I’ve got a very short attention span. I wake up at 5.30am0am every day and go for a walk – no excuses. ses. I head to the gym, walk home, get a bit of breakfast and then I go back later too train again. I always exercise with compressio­n tights on – they keep thee heat in and my knees stable. If I’m doing a leg workout or something high-intensity, like the Kokoda Trail or Tough Mudder obstacle course, I’ll wear my knee braces.
