MAKES 16 PREP 10 MINS COOK 15 MINS

Preheat oven to 200ºc. Line two oven trays with baking paper. Spread one puff pastry sheet with 1 ½ tbsp Vegemite. Sprinkle with ¼ cup grated parmesan and 1 cup grated cheese. Place second pastry sheet on top. Press together. Brush with egg yolk. Cut in half, then cut each half into 8 strips. Gently twist both ends of strip. Bake 12-15 mins until golden. Cool.
