SWEET & SALTY POPCORN

MAKES 6 CUPS PREP 2 MINS COOK 5 MINS

In a large, heavy-based saucepan with a lid, heat 1 tbsp oil on high. Add ½ cup popping corn, then cover with lid and shake until all kernels have popped. Transfer hot popcorn to a large bowl. Sprinkle with 2 tbsp sifted icing sugar. Toss with combined 2 tsp fine salt and ¼ tsp smoked paprika.
