Caramel chocolate slice
In a bowl, combine 1 cup plain flour, ½ cup brown sugar, ½ cup coconut and 125g melted butter. Make a well in the centre. Add melted butter and mix well. Press into a lined 18 x 28cm slice pan. Bake, 180°C, 20 mins. Cool. Heat 395g condensed milk, 60g butter and 2 tbsp maple syrup together. Pour over base. Bake 15-20 mins until golden. Cool. Melt 200g chopped dark chocolate and 2 tsp oil together until smooth. Pour over slice. Chill until set. Cut into squares.
