Daisy bruise balm

1 hand­ful fresh daisies enough olive oil to cover beeswax

1 Take the clean, dry, freshly plucked daisy heads and place in a jar, then cover with oil. Cover and leave to in­fuse for two weeks, af­ter which the mix­ture can be strained.

2 For ev­ery 120ml strained oil, add 20g beeswax and gen­tly melt the two to­gether over a bain-marie. When beeswax has dis­solved, pour mix into a ster­ilised jar, then seal, la­bel and date.

3 To use, ap­ply as needed. For ex­ter­nal use only.
