QHow do I cook fresh beet­root?

AIt’s yummy boiled, or finely sliced raw in sal­ads. If you’d rather bake it, wash and dry, rub with oil and sprin­kle with sea salt. Wrap in­di­vid­u­ally in foil. Bake at 200°C for 45 mins or un­til ten­der. Wear dis­pos­able gloves to peel and slice.
