QHow do I cook fresh beetroot?

AIt’s yummy boiled, or finely sliced raw in salads. If you’d rather bake it, wash and dry, rub with oil and sprinkle with sea salt. Wrap individual­ly in foil. Bake at 200°C for 45 mins or until tender. Wear disposable gloves to peel and slice.
