GEORGE’S SCHOOL ISIS PLOT EXPOSED!

As the young royal’s life is threatened, Kate vows she’ll do everything in her power to protect him

-

Last week, the world learned a horrific threat against Prince George was made by terrorist group ISIS. The extremists reportedly used encrypted instant messaging service Telegram, which cybersecurity experts call a “breeding ground” for terrorists, to post a picture of the future King of England outside his school, Thomas’s Battersea, in London.

Giving the address of the school, the chilling message read “School starts early. Even the royal family won’t be safe.” The threat has understandably

thr thrown the royals into turmoil, with Queen Elizabeth holding grave fears for the safety of her family – in particular, her adorable four-year-old grandson.

But amid all the chaos, it’s the Duchess of Cambridge, 35, who has stepped up to keep things calm in the palace. Putting her own fears to the side, pregnant Kate, who’s reportedly expecting twins, has told friends she needs to be strong for George and his two-year-old sister Princess Charlotte.

“One of the toughest things for Kate has been to put on a brave face when she’s with the kids,” a source close to the palace tells Woman’s Day.

“But it’s got to be business as usual for George and Charlotte. Inside she may be in bits, but she still has to keep smiling,” the insider says. “She knew when she became a mum that security would have to be tighter, but even in her worst nightmares Kate never expected anything like this.”

While Kate and her husband Prince William, 35, were set on their son having a normal school life, royal insiders say the duchess is now looking at homeschooling George, not only to protect him but his young classmates as well.

“Kate won’t hesitate to whisk George out of school instantly,” says our source. “Even though he loves it there and has made lots of friends, it’s not fair to the other kids at the school. Kate doesn’t want any other parent to know the fear she’s facing right now.”

The duchess is even investigating whether she

can do the homeschooling herself. “Kate would make the most brilliant home teacher,” says the source. “She’s fun, she’s engaging and, most important of all, she wouldn’t stand for any nonsense.”

SECURITY CONCERNS

This is not the first time the royal family have been targeted by terrorists. In September, a distressing extremist video directed at Prince Harry was released, and the Queen herself was also targeted, in 2015.

Safety concerns around George’s school have been raised before, too. An unemployed holistic healer, Louise Chantry, was arrested for trespassing in September, despite the security measures that were in place.

While officials are yet to comment on Prince George’s specific security arrangements in the aftermath of the threat, Kate and William are said to be keeping their son’s public appearances to a minimum.

Along with several other members of the royal family, Kate, William, George and Charlotte are now under around-the-clock protection by police and security personnel.
