Dissolving GELATINE

It’s important to whisk powdered gelatine into just boiled water with a fork, vigorously, to ensure it dissolves without any lumps. Then, when combining with another mixture, the temperatures must be equalised before whisking in the gelatine mixture to avoid lumps.
