PRAWN COCKTAIL

2 cups shredded iceberg lettuce 1 mango, seeded, peeled, sliced 1 avocado, seeded, sliced 16 cooked king prawns, peeled, deveined, tails on
MARIE-ROSE SAUCE
¼ cup egg mayonnaise ¼ cup light sour cream 2 tbsp tomato sauce 2 tsp lemon juice few drops each tabasco, Worcestershire and brandy
1 Arrange lettuce, mango and avocado in serving dishes. Top with prawns. Chill until required.
2 MARIE-ROSE SAUCE In a jug, whisk together all ingredients. Season to taste.
3 Drizzle dressing over cocktail just before serving. Garnish with a little cracked black pepper.
