My favourite recipe!
This is one of my favourite quick and tasty dinners. It’s a real crowd-pleaser!
CHICKEN, SPINACH & MUSHROOM PASTA BAKE
375g penne 500g barbecued chicken, skin and bones removed, cut into small pieces 490g jar creamy mushroom pasta sauce 125g baby spinach 1 cup shredded mozzarella steamed green vegetables, to serve Preheat oven to 200°C. Cook pasta in a large saucepan of boiling water, following packet instructions. Drain well. Combine pasta, chicken, mushroom sauce and spinach in a large bowl. l. Season and spoon into a 2.5 litre baking dish. Sprinkle cheese over. Bake ake 30 minutes until golden brown. Serve with green vegetables.
