Nine’s Today host Karl and ex-wife Cassandra Thorburn jumped into property’s big league last year, and put a deposit on an $8 million brand new three-level harbourfront mansion just weeks before they split.

The spacious home in Cremorne, Sydney, has five bedrooms, four bathrooms, two kitchens and an indoor pool. It’s now occupied by Cass and the couple’s children Jackson, 18, Ava, 12, and River, 11.

The indoor pool means the kids can swim rain, hail or shine.

It also boasts stunning views of the harbour.
