AUSTRALIA ZOO IN JEOPARDY?
The Irwins were sent into panic mode last week when Australia Zoo was hit by a wild storm and forced to close.
Destructive wind gusts lashed the Sunshine Coast, with more than 100mm of rain falling in a single hour. The freak weather left countless homes damaged and without power.
Luckily all the animals were safely enclosed during the storm. But the zoo itself was hit so badly it closed for 24 hours for a massive clean-up.
The loss of revenue from the closure is yet another stress the Irwin family could no doubt do without.
