ST RONG by Zumba

TRIALLED BY Beauty & Health Editor Elise Wilson HOW IT WORKS High-intensity interval training synced with music.

THE VERDICT I tried Zumba years ago, but this required less dance and more hardcore movements using my own body weight – squat jumps, side-steps, burpees, push-ups and a bit of boxing. I love music and the beats did not disappoint. The choreography was synced perfectly so the rhythm of the moves flowed, even if I was a bit uncoordinated in parts! In a one-hour session, this high-energy workout targets every muscle group without being too repetitive or boring. I highly recommend it for burning fat, toning and fun.
