How do you celebrate Australia Day? A lazy day at the beach with friends and family. Like most Aussies we enjoy a barbecue. My husband Symon is in charge of snags. Are you looking forward to working with Grant Denyer? Grant’s always cheeky but that’s what Australia loves about him! He’s got a great sense of humour and is very quick-witted so I’ll have to be on my toes, but that’s half the fun. What can audiences expect from the live show? An all-star line-up of Aussie talent, with performances by Anthony Callea and Marcia Hines, and the gorgeous fireworks at Circular Quay and Darling Harbour.
