1 Get inspired
Look to strong women like Oprah Winfrey or JK Rowling – fearless females who never stopped pursuing what they wanted.
2 Write it down
Write your dreams on a piece of paper and stick it somewhere prominent to serve as a daily reminder. I do it just after yoga when my mind is less cluttered.
3 Visualise
Imagine what your future will look like when y you achieve your goals and start living out your dreams. The power of manifestation is second t to none when it comes to chasing your dreams.
4 Take action
Break down your dreams and do something small towards achieving them every day. Taking small steps consistently will get you to where you want to be in less time than you imagined.
5 Find support
It’s really important to share your dreams with some like-minded and positive individuals that will encourage you – and, more importantly, hold you accountable.
