425g can tuna in oil, drained, oil reserved, tuna flaked 500g packet frozen stir-fry mix 4 cups cooked longgrain white rice 1/ cup kecap manis, 4 plus extra to serve 4 eggs 2 green onions, thinly sliced diagonally 1 In a frying pan, heat half the reserved tuna oil on medium. Cook vegetables 3 mins or until just soft. Add rice and kecap manis cook 2 mins or until heated through. Gently stir in tuna. 2 In a separate frying pan, heat remaining reserved tuna oil on high. Fry eggs 2 mins or until cooked to your liking. 3 Serve rice topped with egg and sprinkled with onion. Serve drizzled with extra kecap manis, if liked.
