500g chicken $3 2 bunches broccoli $3 1kg kumara $1 ½ bag carrots $1 ½ bunch rosemary $1 ²³ 2/3 bag odd tomatoes $1.50 Tuscan seasoning Roughly chop everything and mix in oven pan. Cover with foil. Bake at 180°C 40 mins.
