PEA, SPINACH & BACON SPELT PASTA

1 box spelt pasta $4 500g bacon $3 2 red onions 60c 2 cloves garlic 50c 1 cup frozen peas $1 ½ bag frozen spinach $1.50

1/3 block parmesan $3 Cook pasta to al dente. Fry diced bacon, diced onions and diced garlic in pan with olive oil. Drain pasta. While still hot on stove, stir through hot bacon, onion, peas and chopped spinach. Add half grated parmesan. Use remaining half on top to serve.
