STICKY SOY & SE­SAME TOFU STIR-FRY

500g firm tofu, sliced, large chunks 1/3 cup honey ¼ cup soy sauce 2 tbsp se­same oil 2 tbsp white se­same seeds, toasted 2 large car­rots, peeled, juli­enne 2 bunches as­para­gus, cut into chunks 1 bunch gar­lic chives, 4cm lengths 80g snow pea sprouts cooked brown rice, to serve

1 In a large bowl, com­bine tofu, honey, soy, se­same oil and 1 tbsp se­same seeds. 2 In a large wok, stir-fry tofu mix­ture on high 10 mins un­til dark golden and sticky. 3 Add car­rots and as­para­gus to the wok, stir-fry 1 min, re­move from heat. 4 Toss through gar­lic chives and snow pea sprouts. Serve with se­same seeds and rice.
