IF YOU’RE A RUN­NER...

F Look for shoes that of­fer cush­ion­ing and re­spon­sive­ness. F Pick shoes spe­cific to the type of run­ning you pre­dom­i­nately do. For run­ning in­ter­vals and speed ses­sions, choose those that sit in the “light­weight trainer” cat­e­gory.

IF YOU’RE A JOG­GER...

F You’ll need soft and plush ma­te­ri­als be­neath your feet and breath­able meshes in the up­per parts of the shoes.

IF YOU’RE A WALKER...

F Flex­i­bil­ity is im­por­tant, so you need to find shoes that don’t t place un­nec­es­sary stress on your lower legs and feet. F They should al­ways be light and con­form to the shape of your foot.
