Squinters

WEDNESDAY, 9PM, ABC

This new six-part comedy series follows five cars carrying harried commuters (hilariously played by Tim Minchin, Jackie Weaver and Mandy Mcelhinney, among others). We learn about their lives and ambitions as they each make their way to consumer-goods dispatch centre Kosciusko. In the mix, there’s a clueless former school bully carpooling with the guy he tormented, and a bloke hoping to win over the woman of his dreams by ride-sharing with her to work! If only our commute had as many laughs!
