PETE & SYLVIA – THE BABY SECRET’S OUT!
The baby whispers have been swirling since they walked down the aisle early last year, but now Sylvia Jeffreys and Peter Stefanovic have given their biggest hint yet that they’re starting a family.
In documents obtained by Woman’s Day, the TV journalists reveal their hopes of adapting their Double Bay mansion to include off-street parking for “the near future when they are trying to start a family”.
Just weeks ago Sylvia, 31, got the pregnancy rumour mill spinning when she posted a gushy Instagram tribute to hubby Peter, talking about “the beginning of an exciting year”. And when she signed it off “Because maybeeeeeee….”, fans were quick to reply with “baby”, predicting that an announcement was not far off.
And while the loved-up couple are both full-steam ahead in their careers – Peter, 36, with his new gig as host of Weekend Today and Sylvia a favourite face on the Today panel – they’ve made it clear they’ve definitely got babies on the brain. Late last year, broody Sylvia said, “We’d love a house full of kids.”
Luckily they’re making those family-friendly changes to their home!
