Adult icecream floats
CHOC-CHERRY BOURBON
Put 30ml bourbon, 20ml cherry brandy (optional) and 150-200ml cherry cola into a tall glass and stir. Add a scoop chocolate ice-cream and top with whipped cream and a glace cherry.
RUM, GINGER & VANILLA
Add 50ml rum and 150-250ml ginger beer into a glass and mix. Add a scoop of vanilla ice-cream and voila!
STRAWBERRY, GIN & PROSECCO
Pour 30ml gin and 125ml prosecco into a martini glass and add a scoop strawberry ice-cream. Delish!
