Q We just lost our only son and brother through suicide and we don’t know why. We need answers to what happened that caused him to take his own life. What was so bad that he couldn’t tell us about? Grieving family, via email

MITCHELL SAYS My heart and healing goes out to you and your family. I’m told he kept many of his struggles and worries to himself – he tells me he was never good at talking about his feelings. He says he is sorry for leaving this earth in the way that he did and is giving you a big hug. Did someone place a red rose by a memorial or next to his photo? He is saying thank you and sending his love to everybody. He wants you to know that he has found peace and doesn’t want you to worry about what the future will bring. He says, “I will keep watch over my family always.”

Q Were my nan, aunty and uncle at their recent memorial? Linda

MITCHELL SAYS Your nan Dorothy and aunty who passed with cancer are with your Uncle Malcolm. They have found f d peace in i Heaven. They heard and saw everything at their memorial and the song In The Arms Of An Angel was played. Your uncle is watching over his three children and is saying hello to Peter. They are keeping watch over you and sending all their love.
