What’s the best way to cook Asian greens such as buk choy?


Asian greens are best pre­pared ac­cord­ing to the va­ri­ety – trimmed, leaves sep­a­rated, quar­tered and so on – washed well and steamed or lightly stir-fried un­til just ten­der. It is of­ten nice to driz­zle them with a lit­tle oys­ter sauce.
