Fans are convinced Miranda Kerr and husband Evan Spiegel are secretly expecting twins, after she posted a mirror-image photo of herself to Instagram with the telling caption, “2 buns”. And friends say while the 34-year-old model is keeping mum, this is just the latest sign she’s about to welcome two bundles of joy.
“Miranda’s been dropping hints, but word is they’ve only confirmed the news to a few family members,” an insider tells Woman’s Day. “There’s a lot of talk the real reason they haven’t revealed their due date is because people would figure it out. She has a big bump, but she’s not as far along as people think.”
Sources revealed Miranda and the Snapchat founder, 27, were “desperate” to have children as soon as possible, and they’re longing for a big family.
“They started trying right after the wedding,” says an insider. “Of course she just wants the babies to be healthy, but she would love to have a little girl.”
The Aussie model – who has a sevenyear-old son Flynn with ex-husband Orlando Bloom – says her son is “very excited” to become a big brother.
And sources say her billionaire husband is already the ultimate doting dad to Flynn.
“Evan is a traditional guy. He’s so successful, and now he wants to focus on having a family,” adds the insider. “Two babies will be a lot to handle, but they’re ready for the challenge.”
