Lady Bird

Directed by actress Greta Ggerwig and starring Saoirse (pronounced sur-shuh) Ronan, this coming-of-age film is getting a lot of attention. It’s a touching and realistic glimpse into teenager Christine “Lady Bird” Mcpherson’s struggle through adolescence, and her turbulent relationship with her mother Marion (Laurie Metcalf).
