T hey ended their marriage in 2006, but Britney Spears and Kevin Federline are still fighting it out – now the popstar’s ex is demanding more payouts.

Last week, it emerged backup dancer Kevin, 39, is requesting further child support for their sons Sean Preston, 12, and Jayden James, 11.

“He’s always holding his hand out, but Britney and her family are saying he’s gone too far this time,” says an insider. “She’s working so hard and putting the money she earns into trust funds for the boys. It’s no coincidence this is happening after her Las Vegas residency earned almost $177 million over four years.”

The 36-year-old singing superstar currently pays Kevin $25,600 a month, and Woman’s

Day can reveal she isn’t about to let the wannabe rapper walk all over her.

“She’s sick of him trying to dine out on her success, and she’ll gladly square off in court if that’s what it takes,” adds the insider. “She refuses to roll over and give Kevin what he wants.”
