1. Slice 2 chargrilled corn cobs into large pieces.
2. Deseed and finely chop 1 long green chilli.
3. In a bowl, combine corn, chilli, 2 finely chopped tomatoes, 1 tbsp olive oil and 2 tsp lime juice.
