I just read KAK’S column ( WD, March 5). When my husband died 19 months ago, music was my saviour to get through the day. I’m a carer for my 91-yearold mum who came to live with us five months before my hubby passed. She also says music helps the day go quicker as she’s not very mobile herself. Everyone should listen to music every day – it keeps the blues away! Joanne Bradford, via email
