Chris Hemsworth Worse for wear, and Elsa’s furious!
The actor’s meant to be working, not playing, over in Canada…
He’s usually seen as the perfect husband and doting dad, but Chris Hemsworth landed himself in the doghouse when he was caught suffering the aftermath of a boys’ night out in Canada – far from the prying eyes of his wife Elsa.
Clutching his head and napping on a park bench in Tofino, Vancouver Island, before tucking into a plate of hot chips, the Thor star was showing all the hallmarks of a cracking hangover.
It’s believed the actor, 34, and his best mate and assistant Aaron Grist – for whom Chris was a groomsman in 2016 – jetted to the far-western coast of Canada for a spot of surfing. And after hitting the waves, witnesses say the two men were intent on “tying one on”.
Chris is shooting the thriller Bad Times At The El Royale in Vancouver, but sources say his wife was not impressed to hear he’d used the work trip as a chance to get out of town with the boys.
“As far as Elsa knew, Chris was in Vancouver working ridiculous hours on set, not slinking off for a boys’ surfing weekend,” an insider tells Woman’s Day.
“There have already been so many rumours flying around over the state of their marriage, and she knows this isn’t a good look for them,” the insider adds.
