WHITE CHOC SPIDER SMASH CAKE

SERVES 10 PREP 5 MINS + SETTING COST $$$$$

290g packet white chocolate melts, melted, cooled 100g packet fried noodles 190g packet M&M’S Crispy Speckled Eggs, half roughly chopped Easter eggs, to fill cake

1 Lightly grease a 1.25 litre, 18cm wide, round bowl. Line with plastic wrap.

2 Reserve ¼ cup melts. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt remaining white chocolate melts (on Medium 50%) in 30-second bursts until melted and smooth.

3 In a large bowl, combine chocolate and fried noodles. Gently stir through roughly chopped M&M’S.

4 Press mixture into the base and sides of bowl, ensuring edges are level (pack and flatten with a teaspoon). Chill 1 hour to set.

5 Using plastic wrap to lift, remove shell from bowl. Fill with Easter chocolates, and then top with a serving plate. Invert.

6 In a small microwave-safe bowl, melt reserved chocolate melts. Drizzle over top of cake and arrange reserved eggs on top.
