WITH DIVORCE LAWYER

Nicole’s secret meeting...

-

After persistent whispers about trouble in their marriage, Nicole Kidman has given the biggest est e t sign yet she’s ready to leave e husband Keith Urban – by bringing in the divorce lawyers!

And not just any divorce lawyer, either. Woman’s Day can reveal Nicole has met with Jonathan Wolfe, a highprofile lawyer known in celeb circles as “the Custody King” and the man Katie Holmes hired to help her divorce Tom Cruise.

An insider says says, “Nicole flew to New York last month to meet with Jonathan for three hours. She said she’s not taking any drastic action as yet but wanted to know where she stood in light of a pre-nup being signed.”

The top-secret meeting comes after intense scrutiny over the state of Nicole and Keith’s 11-year marriage, prompted by reports they’ve been fighting constantly and had even been to marriage bootcamp to try to salvage their relationship.

But our insider says the actress has prepared for the worst-case scenario, adding, “Nicole was extremely impressed with how Katie’s divorce and custody battle was handled and she really liked Jonathan. “She’s told friends she’ll probably hire him as she feels confident he could help her win the battle – no matter how nasty it gets and how much Keith fights it.” Just weeks ago, after a string of rows over their clashing schedules and trust issues between them, it’s believed the actress, 50, took their daughters Sunday, nine, and Faith, seven, and left Keith behind at their Nashville mansion. “Nicole will be in California for the next few months filming the new season of Big Little Lies, and she asked Keith not to follow her,” a source reveals exclusively to Woman’s Day. “The sad reality is their marriage has been on the rocks for months now, and Nicole can’t take it anymore.”

Indeed, the usually affectionate pair haven’t been seen together in public in almost three months, when they appeared tense and distant at the Screen Actors Guild Awards on January 21.

ODDS AGAINST THEM

“There have been a lot of rumours since then about marriage troubles. Usually they negate any bad press by appearing on a red carpet and going over the top with public displays of affection, but there’s been none of that this time,” says our source. “That’s what has people thinking that a split could really happen.”

For most of this year, Nic has been in New York filming The Goldfinch while Keith, 50, has played gigs in the US midwest.

“They were together for a few awards shows, but for the most part, they’ve been ships in the night,” says our source.

Now, with friends fearing a divorce announcement any day, Woman’s Day can reveal exactly how the A-list duo would divide their assets – and their $444 million fortune.

SPLITTING THEIR ASSETS

Before they tied the knot in 2006, Nicole got Keith to sign a bizarre pre-nup entitling him to $780,000 for every year they’re together, and agreeing to joint custody of their children.

But the actress apparently added an iron-clad clause declaring that if former cocaine

addict Keith uses illegal drugs or drinks excessively, she doesn’t have to give him a dime.

“Nicole laid down the law in no uncertain terms as soon as Keith popped the question,” says an insider. “She had already been through one major Hollywood divorce with Tom and she wanted to protect herself.”

Of course, friends and family are hoping the couple can make one last go of things before calling it quits for good.

“Even though the odds feel very stacked against them this time, everyone is hoping Nicole and Keith can work through this like they have before,” adds our source. “When they’re good, they’re an amazing couple, and fantastic parents.”

Constant fighting and time apart could spell the end for Nicole and Keith

There’s a spring in the step of Married At First Sight’s Tracey Jewel – and it’s not just because she’s now free to flaunt her love for fellow contestant Sean Thomsen.

“I’ve been to see my cosmetic surgeon,” she teases, before explaining, “He’s dissolved all my fillers and it feels amazing. My lips are more liberated and I feel like I’ve got my eyes back, now the puffiness has gone.”

The 35-year-old turned to cosmetic surgery after her divorce five years ago when, to boost her confidence, she got a boob job, hair extensions, Botox, lip filler, liposuction and lash extensions.

But she felt compelled to have a top-up before going on TV, to look her best for the wedding.

“I got filler in my cheeks, lips and under my eyes,” says Tracey, who thought she looked great afterwards. “But TV wasn’t so kind. I’d look at some of the angles I was shot in and think, ‘Sh*t, is that what I look like?’ Then the online abuse started.”

One keyboard warrior said her face “looks like it was run over by a truck”, while another posted, “You can’t even talk properly because of your lips!”

“The cumulative effect of watching myself on TV and reading the social media onslaught made me think I’d gone too far,” she admits. “And it didn’t help that [TV husband] Dean was ‘all about looks’.

“When he chose Davina over me and said, ‘Tracey’s looks aren’t her best quality,’ it broke my heart. No one deserves to hear that about themselves. He didn’t say it to mates – it was to a stunning 26-year-old love rival on national television!”

Tracey says all the attention on her looks “made me feel very teary and extremely bullied”, so after the show, she decided to have her procedures reversed. ed.

“When Tracey came to me, I could see her lips were larger than what could naturally occur, and there were elements of disproportion in her face,” says s Mira Clinic’s Dr Andrew Clark, who injected hyaluronidase to dissolve most of the filler.

“I feel great and don’t see the need to change how I look any more,” ” smiles Tracey.

And boyfriend Sean is enjoying her new look, too!

“Sean thinks I’m beautiful anyway. He’s not superficial like Dean, and he loves my new ‘old look’, ” says Tracey, adding there’s another benefit.

“Sean says I kiss a lot better now – apparently my lips aren’t so hard!”
