We’re in for a killer season of the hit SBS show, starring the likes of Patti Newton, Todd Mckenney and Justine Clarke. But it’s A Place To Call Home star Noni Hazlehurst who kicks things off, and with the help of experts she’ll delve deep into her family’s past. “I feel pretty overwhelmed by the whole experience and I feel enriched by what I’ve learned about my family,” says Noni. “I said at the beginning I wanted to feel connected. It wasn’t just about putting my parents’ life and the way they were into context, but particularly to fill in those total blanks for me about my grandparents and my great-grandparents. I feel I know them now – I feel connected. I’ll be much more interesting at dinner parties now because I’ve got some really good stories to tell!”
